department were on the scene. the body was found on the top of the embankment, 76 east, we've seen investigators canvassing the area and searching for evidence nearby. it is unclear if there were any withses, several 911 call also came in earlier regard something on fire underrism-76 east passyunk avenue cars pass through here all day and night. fire crews were called in around 2:30 a.m., it was on a matt -- mattress and fully engulfed in flames. they saw the body was burned beyond recognition, they don't know if the victim was male or female. it is an area where homeless people frequent. the body was found on the mattress in a makeshift shelter. investigators don't know the identity of the person.
