chopper 6 hd is live in west philadelphia. police are on the scene of a shooting and then a crash. chopper 6 over 57th and walnut streets, that is why police while transporting a gunshot victim crash the. it was on route to penn presbyterian hospital after scooping up the victim at 58th and baltimore. there is it no word on the extent of the injuries sustained by the gunshot victim or if anyone was injured. walnut street was shut down at 57th and 56th street and that is the story live in west philadelphia. let go to cecily tynan and the late word from accuweather. >> we have climbed out of the deep freeze, the action cam in

delaware and south jersey and shows the exten of the ice from the delaware river to the delaware bay, it's unusual to see this much ice into the delaware bay and thick along the shore. and as far as the satellite showing clouds not much to show. high pressure is building in and the combination of the snow pack that high pressure with the clear skies and the low dew points the dry air means temperatures will drop well below freezing and do be careful anything that melted today on the untreated surfaces, the driveways and sidewalks will be refreezing overnight and patchy black ice, 23 if philadelphia and allentown 18 degrees and cape may 24 and wilmington 21. tomorrow a really nice day. high pressure is sneaking to the east and mixture of clouds and sunshine and cooler than today. but 40 is the average high for this time of year and seasonable and as we head into thursday high pressure leaves and a warm front approaching and this
