the judges say, lines in first and twelvth district were made relying on race. but, republican law makers and state board of election officials want to stay - or delay that decision. 18:12:18 "it leaves everything up in the air." meredith college political professor, david mclennan says the march 15th primary is fast approaching. if lines are moved, that can affect voting ballots. 18:12:36 "on the eve of a primary, we should have had this figured out a long time ago." those pushing for a stay have appealed again to the supreme court. they say re-drawing lines now could cause problems in the voting process. in a joint statement, state representative david lewis and senator bob rucho said - "we hope the u.s. supreme court will recognize the urgency and gravity of these questions and issue a stay." the supreme court could hear the case or not. mclennan says state lawmakers may need to act now in case it does not go their way. 18:09:30 "this puts the state in an awkward situation. the governor may have to call the general assembly, or would have

redraw the maps." another possible option - move forward, but delay voting for u-s house candidates until everything is sorted out. 18:14:45 "now, that is very expensive for the state, some estimates are over 9- miillion dollars to run a special primary. but it could allow time for the process to carry out." still to come on rewind.... 15:27:12 - 27 standup tease "wondering what's going on with all this water sitting all over the place? it's because there's something in the caps that will likely gross you out! i'm 5 on your side's monica laliberte, just ahead what the issue is with one of the most bizarre complaints
