ford and his brothers are to blame for colson's death, not the officers. with more on the charges the brothers are facing, let's check in with meagan fitzgerald live at police headquarters. >> reporter: these brothers face a long list of charges as you can imagine including second-degree murder and attempted first degree murder. and we're told it's likely that additional charges could soon follow. we also understand that it's possible that these brothers could appear in court as early as today. now, the mug shot of the brothers was just released yesterdayed by prince george's county police showing alleged gunmen 22-year-old michael ford, his brother elijah and malik. investigators say the entire incident was planned. michael ford wanted to commit suicide by cop they say and it was his brother that drove him to the police station. but what is even more alarming here, that investigators say one of the brothers was recording as michael started shooting at civilians driving by and firing

state. looks like john kasich has a better shot at doing that than marco rubio. now, let's get something clear. today we're basically trying to figure out one thing. does donald trump within enough states and enough delegates where he can win this nomination without having to go to the florida convention in cleveland or not. and if he wins both florida and ohio, he can do it without a fight at the convention. he loses even one of them today, and especially if ted cruz wins a missouri and maybe sneaks up on him on north carolina, then i think it peens we'll find out whether we're going to the convention in cleveland and whether is this going to get sorted out that way. which could mean by the way that marco rubio even with losing florida could actually end up staying in the race. because at that point any delegate counts and having even 100 of them like rubio has about 150 to 200 is worth holding on to. >> you answered my next question. so you were in "for a town hall with bernie sanders last night. does he have a shot agains

here? >> i think he does. i think there are a few things that i've noticed. number one, it seems a lot more independent voters are picking democratic ballots and republican ballots. that's usually good news for bernie sanders. number two, he has just been saturating the airwaves. i was there two different times over the last five days and one of my little things is i love to just see who is on the air, who is really putting money behind it. and sanders was outspending everybody democrat or republican from what i could see in cleveland and columbus. so i think sanders has put a lot of effort in there and if he wins ohio after winning michigan and throws in a missouri and illinois, that's a pretty good night for him winning three states to her would. she may win the night on delegates, but it really sets up well for sanders over the feks two weeks. key win a whole bunch of races. so hillary clinton really needs to win ohio and illinois tonight to blunt sanders' momentum. if not, he could start to get ahead of steam. >> and you'll be watchfo

court. christopher proctor is one of three men charged in matthew 5 schlonsky's death who was shot outside of shaw howard university metro station last august. prosecutors say proctor was on court supervised release at the time of the shooting. he's charged with second-degree murder. this morning we now know the family of convicted killer jesse matthew begged with him to meet with police. unsealed federal court documents reveal that matthew's aunt told him to talk to detectives so they could find hannah graham. she was the university of virginia student who disappeared in 2014. matthew fled to texas instead. police traced a phone call he made to his father and he was eventually the spotted by someone who saw his picture on tv. matthew is in prison for life for killing program o ining gra,
