street. right now there is no suspect this custody. also developing this morning, a deadly shooting in prince george's county. this happened this clinton on vienna driv around 10:00 last night. police say when they got to the scene, the victim was already dead. so far no word on a suspect or office in the shooting. the man accused of killing a veteran prince george's county firefighter is back home in temple hills this morning. the state's attorney says that they simply don't have any evidence to charge that man at this time. news 4's darcy spencer spoke with neighbors about the shooting. >> i mean it was all over in five six seconds 37. >> reporter: richard was in his driveway when he saw firefighters forcing their way into hneighbor's home on sharon road. >> that went on for a few minutes. it took them a few minutes to get into the door.
