trial. they were the first bike officers who first arrested gray. six other officers face charges in the april 2015 incident. virginia now has new rules for how police agencies collect, store and test its sexual assault kit. now this comes months after the state discovered thousands of untested kits. last year a state agency identified fairfax county as one of the departments with the most untested kits. now police say that some of the kits went untested for these reasons including false reports, the attacker confessed or a victim decided not to prosecute. the kits must be kept for at least two years. concerns this morning about the growing gang problem in one maryland county. frederick county sheriff chuck jenkins testified before a congressional committee yesterday saying he believes the growing gang problem is related to undocumented i want grants. he says the gangs are recruiting in sc
