because we have a very dry air mass in place. so even though we have a front coming through, it's going to be hard to see much rain. i think we will see most of the moisture staying out over the gulf. so if you are taking the boat out, be aware of that. here is where the front is starting to approach 11:00 in the morning. again a slight chance of just a few sprinkles, but not a whole lot, and then by friday late afternoon the front moves through clearing out and cooling down especially for the weekend. in fact, dew points in the 40s by saturday afternoon. we have been used to dew points in the 70s. so that is a huge drop in humidity and we are going to see much cooler temperatures. so here is the big picture. here is the front friday afternoon. moves through our area and then finally pushes through south florida late saturday, and behind it we have high pressure building in giving us a beautiful fall forecast. check it out. i want to spend some time on this because it's just so nice
