funding when the government started calling on those loans and then the school could not meet the terms. the government decided not to give them any more money. the school decided to shut the doors. the future now in question for 40,000 students and 8000 employees. other local colleges offer comparable courses but the credits do not necessarily carry over. >> for example, english 1 is the same as our 1 here. not always the case with the non-regionally acredited institute. when we look at the course work we look at the course but the credentials and the course description as well. the department of education said if you are a student at itt you have a student loan. the student loan could be foregiven but you have to start your education all over again. if you want to keep going you

attorney in that trial arrested for dui and they did. but he maintained his innocence and he was. it was all a setup. now the florida supreme court has disbarred the attorneys. >> they not practice law in florida. let's talk more about this. do you think this punishment in the case was appropriate? should they have been disbarred? >> i do. >> i think most people in the legal community those here in the three lawyers and family and their lawyers will feel differently but the majority of lawyers and judges in the community, we understood the facts and the judge, who heard the facts. remember he is a retired judge he sat in, he decided what the facts were after hearing the testimony. the justices reviewed the facts as well. all came to the same conclusion that what happened in the case is what what the bar alleged

it is appropriate. let's remember, though, they never came in and said we made a mistake we got caught up in the heat of passion in the middle of litigation and we apologize they never said that they kept saying they were innocent and went through the trial and argue and pretend the facts were not what the facts were. it was appropriate and a lot of lawyers feel it was, too. >> they are not the f will he be the last to be disbarred how do cases affect attorneys. we have talked about this before. >> you know, we lawyers, we have a bad reputation and people think that you know we deserve the punishments. perhaps we do. lawyers are no different. what very lawyers that are criminals and do bad thing but we have so many other good lawyers that do so much for the community and support the country and the nation.
