i support my people in north carolina and here. >> prosecutors in florida took action after our investigation revealed voter fraud across florida. now more evidence of illegal ballots. what's wrong and what we can do about it. >> it's too easy to vote twice. it comes down to honor. >> big names in politics call into our radio show. >> president obama? >> this is money, power & politics. hillary clinton has three problems tonight. her trouble over the weekend does not just raise questions abouter h health. it raises flags about transparency and judgment. let's start with transparency. >> every time i think about trump i get allergic. >> it turns out she was diagnosed with pneumonia last week and did not tell us. in the interest of transparency
11:37 pm
to disclose when running for president. >> i got a cold. i got through it. i have pneumonia. i need to take a couple of days off. >> much of her own campaign did not appear to know as it was spinning the allergy narrative. especially as she claed to be the most transparent person in politics. >> i'm probably the most transparent person in public life. >> she's not transparent and neither side will likely say this. to this like governor scott. they both have been evasive or stone walled and said a lot of things that do not add up. >> the welcoming ceremony had to be moveded because of sniper fire. there was no greeting ceremony. >> it'll be a seven hundred thousand plus would be normal. >> i don't know who said that. on top of, no. >> i just said some things that weren't in keeping with what i knew to be the case.
11:38 pm
thking rordsave had a way of vanishing around hillary clinton for decades. from the rose law firm to the white house travel office. then she said we have to trust she gave us work e e-mails because she wiped her private server she wasn't supposed to use. he said he never sent after saying she may stay the private use of one portable > i have an ipad, a miniipad. an iphone and blackberry. >> not disclosing pneumonia until ovheated and wobbling into a vehicle. feeds the knock on her she's not transparent. she's already getting roasted on that point. >> i opted for convenience to use my personal e-mail account. i didn't see any reason to keep them. what difference at this point does it make?
11:39 pm
for hillary clinton relates to her judgment. she's framed her case on the premise trump has bad judgment and she has good judgment. her doctor told her she has pneumonia and needs to rest and disregards that and pushes through with two fundraisers a press conference, national security session and gives out on sunday. exhibiting bad judgment that created this image that some vote rs may long remember and it plays into donald trump's wheel physical stamina to take on isis and all of the many adversaries we face. >> and that's the third problem for hillary clinton. she may be quite healthy pneumonia aside. but this video will dog her like the pictures of george w. bush throwing up in the japanese prime ministers lap and jimmy carter collapsing during a run. bush and carter were healthy during and many years after the
11:40 pm
time made them look unhealthy and framed them as weak and stuck no matter what they said when they felt better. >> a beautiful day in new york. >> here are questions going forward with the campaign. number one, knowing she had pneumonia and was that unsteady and overheated in a breezy morning in the low 80s. why did they not send her to the hospital to get checked out? when clinton and trump release medical information how much will number three, why won't clinton or trump allow protective press pools as others have as a matter of tradition? a protective press pool is a group of journalists who can see what's going on in unexpected moments like this. neither clinton nor trump have been willing to let us see behind the curtain. that's one of the reasons they ranked as the most unpopular nominees in modern history.
11:41 pm
government is critical to a free society just as clinton said. >> we know corruption and the lack of transparency eats away like a cancer. >> well, clinton is resting now and needs to recover in part because she and trump will face the test of their political lives in two weeks. that's their first national debate against each other and the world will be watching to see how they match up. meanwhile, we have more changes in the polls. florida had been leaning clinton but not average of florida polls. trump leads in our state but by a fraction of 1%. even though clinton and supporters swapped the state in ads. tonight se we show you h clintons basket comment may cost her down the road. and we'll show you why trump and his campaigns prior statements may cost him more and why he's till is underdog in the race. also the new forecast in the

11:43 pm
