in the rear of the 6100 block of north laurence street. >> completely engulfed in flames, and the fire department extinguish the fire, and once the fire was extinct wished, discovered that there was a dead body in the front passenger seat of the vehicle. we believe this was related to an earlier incident, when police arrived on rosalynn street, they said that there was a male sitting in the passenger seat of a black mitsubishi who had been shot in the head. and the driver drove off. >> rush right to the smoke instinctively thinking it was her 24 year old brother, who was reported missing yesterday afternoon, convinced it is him, despite being burned beyond recognition, not knowing or at least not saying why they right away thought it was him, or they think he was kill, kerrey.

>> all right, steve, keep us posted. 7:09. nearly month after an unarmed teen was killed by a police officer in ferguson, missouri, the justice department is now launching an investigation into the city's police force. the civil rights division will be in charge that far probe. justice department already conducting separate investigation into the shoot that killed michael brown. the ferguson police department had been accused of racial profiling and criticized for its predominantly white police force. back here at home, senseless shooting caught on surveillance camera outside of the a and a deli in west philadelphia, happened friday afternoon, police say the victim, edward lynn, mistakenly bumped into the shooter inside the store. confrontation later followed outside, and that's when the shooter pulled out handgun and fired nine shots. lynn was hit six times. and left in critical condition, three men took off from the scene. >> in delaware county children say two men pulled up in a van and tried to get them inside. aston township police responded to the scene tuesday

focused, we know a year from now they won't be sitting in high school. there is a lot they need to do this year to prepare. >> our human behavior, we put it off to the last minute, april, may, oh, way too late then. and i think a lot of people still don't know there is money throughout that goes un used. >> that's the thing, so much monday that i goes unused. and we've launched great initiative. gotten application fee waivers to up to eight colleges for people from low income families, last year we found hundreds of kids who traditionally would not have applied to college: but because we got this strong outreach, to these kids, giving them the information they need, making sure they know there are financial resources available to help them, hundreds of additional kids applied, got in, and are now in college. >> i was wandering around in the dark junior and senior year. >> specially trying to apply to schools, it adds up. >> it adds up.
