but it is pretty slow still good idea to avoid the area, conditions improving slowly, alternates are mlk drive, you can take kelly drive-in stead, before you get on the schuylkill, take montgomery drive down to belmont, and then over to girard, and get back on the schuylkill eastbound right around the zoo. that should hopefully be cleared up. pretty slow going on the eastbound schuylkill around montgomery drive. now another overturned vehicle, we've had so many accidents this morning, route one northbound, route one bypass around media. off ramp to 252, vehicle overturned there. slow going around there, as well. in whitpain township, morris road, between 202, and cat cart road, there is an accident there. and police are directing traffic, twp. line or skippack pike your alternates. new jersey 295 southbound past the florence columbus accident, accident, right lane blocked, because a tree came

>> right over here at 12th and market. attack happened right near that intersection, around 4:30 this morning, not long ago. police say male passenger dressed as a woman stabbed the driver in the knee. passenger then took off. it is not clear what led to up this attack. police say the wound, though, is minor. >> and, a philadelphia prison coming un fire after an inmate is brutally beaten by a corrections officer, allegedly. >> an attorney for that inmate says the evidence speaks for itself. and we get to jenny joyce, live in center sit which that evidence. >> lawsuit can be filed as early as today. we will get to that individual joe just warning it is intense. let's take a look, a choke hold to head lot to 15 punches to the head, according to inmate, jonathan's attorney, guy, says the entire time his client was defenseless, hands cuffed. violent attack apparently happened after the inmate was

the vehicle overturned there. in whitpain township, morris road between route 202 and cat cart, an accident where police are directing you around it. and the alternates there are skippack pike, and, well, skippack pike, anyway, west conshohocken, beluga mink owe road between route 23, wires down, and that road is closed. so 320 will be your alternate there. so bit puff to get around this morning because of all of the problems we're with the rain that fell yesterday and early this morning. but we also had an amazing strengthening of hurricane gonzalez, now category four, hurricane, with 140-mile an hour winds churning in the middle of the atlantic ocean. as you look at the projection of the path of the storm, a bee line poor bermuda passing right over the islands as category three storm, by tomorrow, at about 2:00. when we are project that this storm will make landfall.

just a terrible path of this storm. so strong. in fact, we haven't had a category four storm since 2011 with ophelia. so, anyway, the hurricane warnings are up through tuesday morning for bermuda because of the after effect of the storm even that far makes landfall. so they just were dealing with fay last weekend. and now tomorrow imminent destruction real which gonzalo. flood advisory continues for few more moments north and west of the sit. but most of the rain has gotten out of here. now we have to watch this area of rain, out to the west around ohio, western part of the state, to see if we get left over shower or two before the end of the day but generally things drying out, and it is cents getting little bit better. the future cast shows even some room for sunshine here and there. throughout the rest of the afternoon a lot of improvement. see few stray showers, maybe
