7:14 am
legally is this a big deal >> it is a big deal for a bunch of different reasons. what happened was apparently they were investigating anthony weiner came across four devices they know about. two of them from one of her upper level -- i for example, her campaign manager. to answer your question is yes, if the information on these devices and the e-mails, whatever it is they got was cumulative, nothing they hadn't seen before, if it wasn't very interesting or important, it isn't what the law calls material. for the fbi to come out and say we're going to reopen the investigation, there was something in there that led them to believe that the decision not to diet her may not have been the right decision. you may recall about a week ago, ten days ago, there was a lot of allegations that the six trial level attorneys and trial level attorneys in the justice department are the ones who do the work. they're the foot soldiers, work with the agents, make a

determination as to whether or not an indictment should be returned, if information should be presented to the grand jury. they look at the evidence and the elements of the crime and mistake a determination and recommend indictment. when you're a prosecutor, it is drummed into your head that you do not diet unless you can convict. so the allegations were that these six trial level attorneys had all recommended indictment. we don't know what's going on. this information could be such that it's kind of there's been a shift now as between these trial level lawyers and upper level management for lack of a better term in the justice department >> would know. >> we don't know >> why do you even re put it out? making an announcement we may have found something. we may not >> i've always had a lot of respect for director comey. from everyone i know who's ever met or talked to him. he's a stand-up guy and ultimately committed to the law and getting to the bottom of the truth. i think what this has done to
