>> trump will rally in allegany county, also said to speak in scranton tomorrow. people were partying in the park, secret service and homeland security were working with the police after someone stole laptops belonging to hillary clinton's staff workers. it happened last night, in northern liberties, 100 block of brown street. police say four men, park their car to get a bite to eat. when they got back, their window was broken, and three laptops were missing. the computers may have contained scheduling information for the clinton campaign. detective are looking at surveillance video in the area for more clues. back here locally, at home, in old city, rally was held in support of third party candidate jill stein. the green party presidential nominee, and runningmate, spoke at the friends meeting house down the street. the campaign says it is hoping to provide an alternative to the major party candidate. the libertarian candidate johnson also on the campaign trail in chicago. 7:06 this morning.

vice president joe biden and his wife, jill, made a couple of stops in pennsylvania, as well, hoping to get support for hillary clinton and candidate for u.s. senate katie mcginty. this morning, in mifflin, the vice president addressed united steel workers, followed by local event in bristol township, where mcginty energized voters yesterday. but, our mission is urgent. it is urgent. you think about it, what's on your heart, your mind, you think about the issues, you care about, and those issues are urgent. it is urgent that anybody who puts in a hard day's work gets decent pay. and we have to fight to raise the minimum wage. >> mcginty then made her way back to here to philadelphia, and joined katy perry on the concert. >> senator pat toomey symptomming in montgomery county, arkansas senator tom cotton joined toomey during a rally at wings field in blue bell. the republican incumbent told voters about his plan to improve both pennsylvania, and

iconic melrose diner. which ended according to the report with two drunk women grabbing an employee, one of them shouting i'm going to stab everyone. there was a tuesday morning arrest of philadelphia eagles wide receiver josh huff. nabbed on the new jersey side of the walt whitman bridge for speeding. and marijuana possession, and dui, and overly tinted windows. oh, ya, there was one other offense, a weapons charge. seems the handgun in huff's vehicle, along with half dozen hollow point bullets, was permit in the texas, but not in the garden state. just to be clear, huff lives in new jersey but was apparently blissfully unaware of that state's tough gun laws. eagles top brass decided being a mediocre receiver and stupid made huff expendible. but the win they are week, well, that's got to be septa. the transit agency was hit just after midnight monday with it tenth labor strike

since 1977. that's the most work stoppages of any transit agency in america over that period. we're number one. we're number one. >> remember all this summer, defect in train cars caused havoc with the regional rail schedule. inconviencing tens of thousands of commuters, just as that headache eased, more chaos. in fairness, this is a twu local 234 strike. it doesn't affect regional rail. except that it did briefly when picketers blocked train stations during the tuesday afternoon rush. we can argue all day over which side is being unreasonable, the union or management, but when work stoppages come along more often than a clean, un timed bus, maybe both sides need a kick in the shorts. >> so to review, this week brought us boxing night at the diner, a pro athlete who seems to think speed, weed and a gun are the only way to travel, and a transit agency whose
