right by route 32 or route 175 right there. when i'm looking at the traffic lane camera, just because i don't have many cars out there, it's not a problem honestly. if you are on bw parkway, you should be okay. we do have construction on 355 heading southbound. two lanes closed, no tlas yet. north of there, we also have our usual construction on the outer loop of the beltway. that's between georgia avenue and connecticut avenue. right now, we don't know where to go. for frz >> yeah, you can see frustration in the keys this morning. the main road that links the keys together is in pieces. huge swaths of lanes are missing. engineers are still surveying the damage to all those lanes and, of course, 42 bridges there. most residents told to evacuate ahead of the category 4 hurricane heeded that warning. others

now, officials are trying to get in contact with the hundreds who stayed behind there. the pilot of a helicopter carrying country music performer troy gentry reported the aircraft was experiencing mechanical problems before it crashed. gentry was one-half of the award-winning country music duo montgomery gentry. the crash occurred hours before they were set to perform at a resort housed at the airport. officials at the dover air force will be conducting active shooter. because of the exercise, the base will be limited during the day. also, if you work or live in the district, you might notice commotion today. that's because officers are teaming up with the fbi and secret service agents to do training exercises. it's set to begin at 6:50 this morning. that's a look at what's going on. the news at 4:30 starts right now. this is wake-up washington on wusa 9.

75 in westminster. not a bad day in terps -- terms in of temperature, but if you want sunshine, i really can't help you out with that today. 95, i mentioned southbound on the roads right when you pass by route 32 between route 175 and route 32, going to see an accident. it's been moved over to the shoulder, not blocking any lanes. earlier it was blocking lanes. earlier it looks like traffic camera. you can see traffic moving down. 95 southbound wi route 32, out any trouble. if you are on 355 southbound, you are going to run into some construction crews by elm street, though, blocking two of your right lanes. i have not seen significant delays on 355 yet. construction clears here within the next half hour. that should be the case for the outer loop of the beltway, as long as that equipment doesn't break down like on friday. outer loop between fwa ga and connecticut, you are going to see two of your right-hand lanes closed. the t
