first ever republican caucus. let's get right to the results. donald trump is the winner of yesterday's kentucky caucus with 35 . 9-percent of the vote, followed by senator ted cruz with 31 . 6-percent. senator marco rubio pulled 16 . 4 percent while ohio governor john kasich pulled14 . 4 percent of the vote. now remember, kentucky isn't a winner take all state... so the delegates are split up among the candidates. trump is awarded 16, cruz 14, rubio ..7 and kasich 6. between the turnout, the traffic and the new process... reaction was mixed from voters on yesterdays caucus. fox19 now's robert guad-er-rama has this report. a confusing day at the polls for kentucky republican voters. conservatives accustomed to traditional primaries found

" i want to congratulate senator sanders for running a strong campaign. i am thrilled we're adding to our pledged delegate count. i am grateful to everyone who turned out to support us." developing now more local news... cincinnati police are investigating an arrest that happened back in february in over the rhine. the whole thing was captured on video... and watched thousands of times on social media. the person filming is charles harrell..in the video he's being stopped for jaywalking by officer baron osterman. we will play a portion of that video for you now... for j walking, and possession of marijuana. the fraternal order of police president sargeant daniel hils says officer osterman followed harrell and another man that was with him because he smelled the scent of burnt marijuana. sgt. hils continued saying quote "officer osterman did absolutely nothing wrong. he should be commended for staying very professional while mr. harrell became very belligerent." now, we also reached out to our legal analyst mike allen about this situation... here's what he had to say... "he has every right to film it, but from what i'm observing from the film. it looked like we wanted a confrontation with the police officer. he did not reply to police officers legitimate request and he elevated his voice" police chief eliot isaac also released a statement saying in part... we take all citizen concerns and complaints seriously. as such, the incident is under investigation by both the internal

general mike dewine says that a rebate agreement that saves agencies thousands of dollars on narcan...is being extended for one year. the renewed agreement will
