an investigation is now underway in reading... after a standoff left an infant seriously injured. neal royal is accused of holding his girlfriend and two small children at gunpoint for 14 hours, on maple drive friday... victims were eventually able to escape and called police. officers say royal caused serious injuries to a 10- month-old boy. one neighbor didn't want to show her face... but says royal is the apartment complex's maintenance man.
