(vicki) and i'm vicki liviakis. two new arrests come a day after the a- t-f- announced a 20 thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible in that shooting at an air bnb mansion in orinda. kron 4's dan kerman joins us live from the newsroom with more- dan here's what we know.... law enforcement agencies conducted raids thursday in martinez and vallejo as part of the investigation into the orinda halloweeen murders. 2 people were arrested.the first is 29 year old dominic dones... he has been charged by the contra costa county da with felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition. dones has a prior felony conviction for second degree robbery in santa clara county, and that prevents him from having a firearm. he is due to be arraigned on monday... also arrested is 29 year old frederick johnson of vallejo. he was also wanted in connection with the orinda murders, but at this

in orinda is a community (justine) (justine) a community in orinda is mourning the loss of a 16-year-old girl who died in a house fire early this morning.(jr stone) the fire was so intense -- a firefighter was injured during the battle. kron 4's sanaz tahernia has details. crews are cleaning up the site of a deadly house fire that sparked in orinda early this morningthe fire that killed a 16-year-old girl, and severely burned three others started just before 4 amaccording to officials, when crews arrived, the fire was burning throughout the entire home while there were still 3 people inside. the 16-year-old girl, and two others that suffered from burns. moraga-orinda fire chief david winnacker said that once crews entered the home, conditions changed drastically. everything inside became combustable and there was a significant increase in heat. the heat was so intense, the shield on one of their smoke masks shattered. and s a result one of the firefighters suffered 2nd degree burns to his shoulders and ears as well. and while those that suffered burns are being treated for their injuries

(justine) police have arrested a woman accused of hitting a pedestrian. santa cruz police have identified 24-year-old kelsey knoll from mount herman as the driver. the collision happened aroun three o clock friday on modesto avenue. the car struck the pedstrian at the intersection of sacramento ave. the pedestrian... only 23 years old... died at the scene. knoll is being charged with murder with more charges possible as the investigation continues. santa cruz police say this is an active investigation and they are still reviewing area survaliance video. our first dan kerman live for us at orinda city hall right now dan what have you learned. >>well we've learned there might be more to this than we had thought the sheriff's department saying it is possible that 2 of the victims may also have had guns so that might have played a role in this. they are not elaborating on that. earlier in the day we had heard about arrests and marine city, but we did not know their arrests and several other cities. but as you mentioned there are now 5 people under arrest, 4 of them for murder and conspiracy. the murder of 5 people at a dinner and a halloween party has led to arrests. there's day morning. authorities conducted raids in 4 cities including this complex in marin city and made 5 arrests. those arrested include 28 year-old lebron wallace of san mateo 20 year-old czech has sweeney upper in city 20 year-old jason aisles of marine city and 30 year-old shimron mitchell of antioch been arrested for murder and conspiracy and are being held without bail. 21 year-old devon williams son of the late ho was arrested for being an accessory. >>

sarah stinson joins us live from the orinda police department. sara, the woman says that she reported this to police. have we heard back from that department to confirm this? >> no. you still have not heard back from the orinda police department about this case. the victim says she was raped and sexually assaulted at a home about a mile away from the police station year. she says she reported to 3 different law enforcement agencies, but no one took her seriously. we do want to warn you, the allegations in this story are sexually explicit and violent in nature and may be disturbing to some. new lawsuit filed by a bay area woman alleges sean diddy combs sexually assaulted her with the tv remote back in 2018, the woman is publicly named in the 62 page lawsuit as ashley part him. her attorney ariel mitchell speaking on her behalf. >> and i think goes is that covid that you feel rains that he would even think to do something like that. court documents say it all started when part him met a man named shane peers at a bar in february 2018 where he facet

the investigation into the orinda halloween killings has led to more raids and more arrests. domico doans and frederick johnson were arrested thursday and booked for murder in connection with the halloween shooting.. but the d.a.'s in both contra costa and solano counties are charging them with crimes unrelated to the orinda shootings. doans is charged with a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. he has a prior felony conviction for second degree robbery in santa clara county, that bars him from having a firearm. , but again this charge is unrelated to the orinda shooting. johnson is charged with a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, and child endangerment. the a-t-f says the firearm seized was linked to multiple shootings in the bay area, but not related to the orinda shooting. the investigation is on going...
