in terms of vitamins people say, should i take a vitamin? i can't answer that question without knowing what you eat. you have people on one side who are existing primarily on kale and butternut squash. they're totally fine. unless there's a case of specific medical necessity or lifestyle choice like being a vegan, probably don't need a supplement of any kind. then there's a much larger middle category who are maybe occasionally eating our kale salad but also eating a lot of things it like breakfast cereal or breads or cookies or whatever. for those, that larger category a lot of those foods have a lot of synthetic vitamins in them.
