another study on stairs. our intern riley is right outside of the studio up the stairs right now.actly what the study shows. this study is larger, looked at over 400,000 people. it found that climbing just five flights of stairs a day -- i know that sound likes a lot. the amount of stairs in the studio are easier to do. climbing just five flights a day are associated with a decreased risk of cardiovascular risk, heart attack and stroke. she's doing the best to decrease her risk. it also found you can simply do that twice a day. choose one flight a stair, go up it two to three times a day, if you're working in an office, choosing a bathroom on a different floor might be an example. now that i say that out loud, climbing stairs as you're running to the bathroom might not be helpful.
