mr. bush doesn't know what is in the mind of cuban-american. how can i get you to vote for me in 2004? his bolster some told him tighten the embargo and he did. in 2008, mr. obama's pollsters every bit as competent told him relax the embargo. and obviously ochered is giving in to the cuban-american community, the pollsters discovered that they were unhappy about being able to visit their families and send their family money and you can see when you leave -- when you go to leave havana you go through immigration and customs and into a waiting room before the plane before you go to board the plane and sit there and it is a real baby about as big as this room and there are people that are crying, devastated because with the bush tightening they knew they were seeking their mother for the last time. their mother was old. they can't go back for three years. if there is a funeral no extenuating circumstances will let you go back. and i think they -- that is what controlled u.s. policy until recent. now the cuban-american community is all over the pla
