why do you think prosecutors are focusing on this one, boyce? >> well, i think they're focusing on this, and again, i say this as a son of a police officer, so i've seen both sides of the system very closely. sometimes people don't like to have their authority questioned. in this case, heather made the mistake of telling the truth. she said, i'm not going to sign your plea deal, even though europe's threatening with me with extra prison time if i don't because i didn't do anything wrong. the reality that this whole justice system is very sick. we are asking the attorney general to step in and to investigate. because if they're doing everything on the up and up, the investigation will be fine. you can't just destroy lives with the stroke of a pen and think that's okay. >> we have heather's attorney, pat rosenbloom, who's joining us on the phone. have you been listening? >> i just tuned in. i listened enough to know you got my name wrong. it's scott. >> scott, all right. he told me in my ear. and these ear phones we have aren't perfect. you got me
