northern parts of baltimore county we have pretty solid rain in place. the way up to the maryland line and west of that, northern parts of carroll county a little bit more spotty but you can see where the yellows are, that's where the rain is more solid that the point. that continues south down into pg county where we have a thunderstorm making its way through right now with these brighter colors moving towards annapolis. so we will show you from the overnight, really intense thunderstorms and yesterday, afternoon, into the early hours, last night, but, that settled down and flood rains continued on and off throughout the night. so you can see them make their way through but you are not noticing as bright a collar as with the thunderstorms yesterday. that's when we had numerous reports of hail in some case an inch and half. that was montgomery county and inch an 3/4 in frederick county. that's big hail. now, wind wide-- wise the out of the east keeping us in clouds for the afternoon. temperatures are not going to go up all that much either. we are seeing

baltimore city police have made arrests in the murder of a vietnam veteran killed during a robbery attempt at a carryout in waverly. christina schaffer is live at the northern police district with the latest. christian. >> reporter: police commanders wrapped up a news conference here where they announced the two arrests. the victim, 72-year-old charles bowman was a security guard for the afro-american newspaper. he was on his way to work late one night, april 8th and he stopped in the yale brothers carry out to stop for dinner. at that time two armed men went into that store and as bowman turned around, police say he was shot in the chest. the men got away with $13 from another patron. today police have announced they have arrested michael hunter, who is 19 years old and troy taylor who is 18 years. both of these young men, police say are from the neighborhood, that general area, green mount and 33rd street. hunter was arrested yesterday afternoon by the warrant apprehension task force and then troy trailer turned -- trailer turned himself here at the northern police district. also a second murder close to that location, close to the third street a couple w
