while they were investigating a possible burglary, they found pot-growing operation overnight. tara moriarty is live with a look at why this particular case is particularly frustrating for authorities. >> reporter: apparently neighbors called in a burglary here around 12:30 this morning. sure enough, when police arrived, they spotted some prowlers, running from what look like a restaurant. according to officials, the restaurant is located on the bottom floor of the building and in a legal marijuana -- and an illegal marijuana growing operation is at the top. we are at near i-880. police found more than 120 points as well as harvested marijuana and growing equipment. authorities say two men were trying to escape from the ba of the building. the first was caught right away as he tried to hurdle a fence. the other went toward the rooftop. they actually had to send a k-9 after him and he was bit. this is the second time police have made a pot bust here in the last couple of year. both cases are strikingly similar. police say this is frustrated. valuable resources are being wasted o
