the folks in dundalk remember it all too well. we begin our newscast in dundalk with a look back and how residents are moving forward. >> good even. we are on mcshane way. a year ago today was one of the several streets in dundalk that was under water. the homes here were flooded. they had no power. some of the residents we talked to today, well, they're still a bit traumatickized from that day. we didn't have to remind them this was the year anniversary. a 72-inch main break underneath browning highway at 4:00 p.m. the water washed away part of the road, cascaded down dundalk avenue and made its way down to the neighborhoods. the water was at least knee-high, chest-high seeping into basements. 100 homes were affected and dozens of cars. today, the spot of the break has been fixed and bavd over but the flood -- paved over but the flood is causing people pain, especially those who did not have insurance or did not have the right insurance. tonight at 11:00 p.m., we'll cover both sides of the story. some were lucky, may had the righ
