the folks in dundalk remember it all too well. we begin our newscast in dundalk with a look back and how residents are moving forward. >> good even. we are on mcshane way. a year ago today was one of the several streets in dundalk that was under water. the homes here were flooded. they had no power. some of the residents we talked to today, well, they're still a bit traumatickized from that day. we didn't have to remind them this was the year anniversary. a 72-inch main break underneath browning highway at 4:00 p.m. the water washed away part of the road, cascaded down dundalk avenue and made its way down to the neighborhoods. the water was at least knee-high, chest-high seeping into basements. 100 homes were affected and dozens of cars. today, the spot of the break has been fixed and bavd over but the flood -- paved over but the flood is causing people pain, especially those who did not have insurance or did not have the right insurance. tonight at 11:00 p.m., we'll cover both sides of the story. some were lucky, may had the righ

the dog businesses will likely never forget that day -- dundalk businesses. george check and see how things are one year later. >> it is tough to tell anything happen there today. the neighborhood seems to be back to normal, but a closer look at this neighborhood shows people are still paying a price for this flood. marcia and christopher live on the same block in dundalk, but their lives have been miles apart since the massive water main break that flooded several neighborhoods here year ago. >> the water was to write about their. >> her basement was like 100 others that day, but now it is back to normal, because she unknowingly had what is called the suit is coverage, when she looked -- is called sewerage coverage. >> i had it, and i said thank you, god. >> a year ago we were feeling pretty good. we had a pretty good house with a finished basement and all. >> until a 72-inch water main broke, sending a flood into christophers basement, which is now putting back together himself. his insurance policy did -- his insurance policy did not have storage coverage.

southeast baltimore county, dundalk, essex.s particular storm cell. but this is pretty much in the middle of the screen, it brought about issuance of a tornado warning from the national weather service to east central anne arundel county until 10:15 a.m. this morning. moving north at about 25 miles an hour. pretty rapidly. it is a moving target at this stage of the game. so, locations that could be impacted by this -- gibson island, fort smallwood state park. if this were to come to the surface could either be a funnel cloud, near the surface, funnel cloud or a tornado if it is over land. that is the extent of information right now except that it is moving extremely rapidly. we just heard an alarm go off. they may have extended this morning a little more, may have downgraded it to thunderstorm warning. we have to wait and see what the announcement is. but right now on the radar, the heaviest of the reins from this suspicious storm cell is now falling from lakeshore northward to around dundalk, which would be the southeastern co
