my parents brought me here when i was 14, 10 years ago, from the island country of fiji and the south pacific. and they came here illegally and applied for a green card. no one told them it would take 10 years to get it. my grandmother is a u.s. citizen and today my parents and my sister, my entire family here are citizens. i am the only undocumented in my family. that is because immigration officials refused to follow the law. i will explain why. it took so long to get my parents residency that i aged out. they do not care when you turn 21. they tell you to get in the back of the line. even waiting nine years, they are asking me to go to the back of the line again. i will be 23 by the time i can immigrate to the country legally. in the meantime, growing up, my parents had no idea this would happen. i graduated from college with a bachelor's in political science with a master's i as well. we fought hard to stay in the country. according to the law of the land, i am supposed to be able to use my old date for filing for immigration to the country, but so far immigration is refusing to let me us

south of there. here is the satellite. only the pacific northwest is getting the cloud cover. we've got this ridge of high pressure that has been with us. it gave us those northwest winds today. cleared the fog out, gave us plenty of sunshine. tomorrow that ridge nudges over just a bit. those winds come more out of the northeast. and as a result not much in the way of fog. beaches are in the mid 70s. bayside the mid 80s. and inland spots into the 90s. what i want to point out is this is not going to last very long. tomorrow we warm up. some cold air drops in quickly. tuesday and wednesday that fog is going to get very thick during the overnight hours through the morning hours. it gets blown right into the bay area. so much cooler. 60s and 70s for highs. in the warmest spots on wednesday. statewide. 78 in los angeles. 105 in palm springs. close to 100 degrees for the central valley. the central coast in the 70s. and just a nice day all around the entire state really. sacramento at 96. and you get some 70s for south lake tahoe and up and through reno closer to 80 degrees. sunris
