freddie mac, a big housing giant run by the government put b-of-an under the microfor worries about theuments it was using to foreclosure homes. putting pressure on other banks and other states, too. what is the problem? they're called robo signers hired by the banks. in other words, employees charged with signing hundreds of documents daily. little careful review of the documents are criteria used to foreclosure the homes apparently. what does this mean to you? first of all, if you are in danger of foreclosure, you may get breathing room. three of the country's biggest lenders halted foreclosures, gmac, jp morgan chase and now b-of-a. the aim is reassess and process, check out what may be inaccurate paperwork. this could bring sales to these homes to a sudden stop. hitting hundreds of thousands of homeowners across the country. some people who should not have lost their homes may have. in august alone, at least one form of foreclosure filing was issued to 340,000 homes, according according to realty tracks. banks are expected to take over record 1.2 million homes this year. the trouble

mac this morning. a school bus fire shut the tube down yesterday. no one was hurt except feelings of other drivers in this big backup. so what can we expect this morning on the commute? let's go live to linda so who is there on the spot. good morning, linda. >> reporter: they have just reopened the two lanes shut down overnight for emergency repairs. traffic is flowing freely. two center lanes that are heading northbound through the tunnel that were shut down overnight because of the fire, they worked all night to fix the lights that were burned out and make sure the lanes are okay for drivers to pass through and this morning, things are looking good. it doesn't look like they will be caught up in any mess this morning. this burned out school bus is what is to blame. bus caught on fire about a half mile inside the fort mchenry tunnel during tuesday's evening rush causing a major backup on i-95 north. at one point, the smoke was so intense it was pouring out of the tunnel, the driver of the school bus an aid walked out complaining of smoke inhalation but lug luckily no one else was injured. and the backup caus
