northwest as the moisture will be leaving us. first we have to deal with a lot of rain. michigan, indiana, now into ohio. southwest virginia, some showers there. this is all moving to our region. once this energy gets to the atlantic coast it's going to develop a low pressure, probably around jersey and then head up toward new england. we're going to start seeing northeasterly winds coming in off the land bringing a lot of moisture. looking for about an inch to about an inch and a half of rain with the system. most of the heaviest rain would be up toward new york area. 1 to 3 inches up toward new england. the adirondacks and portions of vermont and new hampshire would definitely see some wet snow. for us a wet rainy cool day. by friday it's pretty much gone. it will get breezy and chilly, but we will see some sunshine on friday. it's going to be moving across. actually right now the chances of any influence on florida is very weak. cuba is getting rains and wind there. the hurricane winds only extend 10 miles. this is a tiny little system. winds gusting to 25 knots. the bay temp in the mid-60s. tonight 4
