. >> reporter: three of the young men here on knox avenue are students at the university of maryland and police say the victims were so intoxicated, they having difficulty relating the details of the crime because they don't remember it. the three students were all under the age of 21 and local lawmen are poised to bring down the hammer on the bar that served them. the chief of police is signing a letter fun -- for an emergency hearing on the liquor license for the biggest bar in college park, the thirsty turtle. a fight broke out there. bouncers tossed all five people involved on to the street. the fight went to knox avenue and one man, police say, pulled out a knife and stabbed four other men and three of them are members of phi alpha fraternity and all four treated at local hospitals and were ultimately released. the campus police chief said that the thirsty turtle has been the news an of underage drinking. >> and we had one that went in the first turtle and they served the student. and the student got hammered, drunk and we got the student before the student went out the window in
