>> yes, i am and i am driving on the bate beltway at the same time. >> we're here and got on the beltwayat is about -- and i am always careful. i got this and we're on the beltway and we got on the connecticut avenue and on that beltway heading towards prince georges county and as a snow plow ahead of us. one car ahead of us and we're following it the entire time. the road conditions are not bad and there is no slush on the road and doesn't appear to be ice or anything like that on the road and that is a problem for a lot of people earlier, they were travelling during the snow and when was coming on the enter loop now, when was on the outer loop from prince georges county, with that -- it was worse than this as far as the road. the traffic was as bad and that was about 2:00 this afternoon, about 30 miles per hour and that is how fast people were driving when i came in to work today on the outer loop coming in and trying to get to connecticut avenue to come to work. 30 miles per hour. a trip that takes me about 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get to work from where i live took about an hour a
