jerry brown has been adamant that these cuts happened as part of the program to cut back the budget. knocking heads. brown and kwan are going up to sacramento. so far there's been no signs at this point. the government will change its tune. >> that's a question it will draw attention with these matters. others along with mayor read, and lee will be there, and jean-claude, they will join the mayors from last angeles and san diego. >> tackling budget problems the. layoffs are a possibility. there is a trade-off to these budget cuts all school district employes will have a 2 percent raise. the district says even though it is not the best time to give raises to teachers, oakland teachers have not had raises for some time. oakland teachers are the lowest paid in the country. >> we have patchy fog around the bay area. none here at the golden gate bridge. no fog at all, no clouds, everything is clear. traffic is building. we are in for another nice warm day. >> the fog is contained in the north, east it bay valleys. however by the afternoon everybody is in store for another nice day. lots o
