a man and woman surrendered in daily city. a s.w.a.t. team surrounded this home about 5:00. police responds to reports of shots fired. no one was hit by the gunfire. police say the woman was very upset and they believe she was not being held against her will. >> a church bus with two dozen teenagers on board collided with a county fire vehicle and slid down the side of highway 189. n.a san bernardino ski area. two people were killed and a dozen trapped in this accident. and well behind me is highway 18. as you might imagine very busy at the end of a holiday weekend. the crash happened just left there on a frontage road highway 189. a church bus crashed into another car. 24 people were all injured. at this point we only know of one confirmed fatality. we're learning about the vehicles insolved. one was a church bus in pasadena. 22 people were on board that bus. they were heading back from a retreat. many of them were middle school children. it went crashing down 25 feet from the top of a hill. half of them had minors injuries and the rest with moderate to serious injuries. an
