this is where the command post is, i just spoke to a daily city police sgt. a.m. this morning. when officers were responding to an unrelated alarm call from a business nearby tree and about that time, they heard five shots fired from a home on west market street. when it went to respond to that call to investigate, they said the woman was standing in the front landing of all home. she was agitated and telling the police to go away. about that time a man came out on the landing was identified as her boyfriend, he tolcolter inside. they've had the swat team notes since then, they've been trying to talk to the couple since then tried to get them to come out. it appears no one's been hurt inside the hall. they've been talking to the woman by her cellphone. she's basically the one telling the police to go way, there are no problems. they say say she is the one calling the shots here. so far they haven't really communicated with the man. meanwhile they're having his family to try to communicate with him by phone. so far no luck, they've been talking to them what th
