my name is michael burke. i am a land-use attorney for the yerba company.have been working with the planning department on this project since 2005. i just want to provide you response to some comments that were made. in response to mr. dacosta's concern about infrastructure, we have an eir that is incredibly thick. we have looked at archeologist -- archaeological issues. we are looking at appropriate representatives of the indian community. that is totally under control. we do not anticipate any impact at all. infrastructure -- obviously, the roads will be prepared and modern facilities will be brought in. there seems to be some conflict between neighborhood groups about where fees might go. i can understand the concern of the community. but i want to tell you that that issue is not before you in connection with this plan. we were willing back in 2005, and are willing now, to pay the visitation valley fee, as it is in place. that is not an issue that involves this project. as far as community involvement goes, which started back in 2005. we first went to th
