my name is bobby lopez, i have over 10 years working in the t.l. and the mission. you know three summers ago we started san francisco immigrant rights defense committee around the issue of youth policy and particularly the constitutional tenant of children having the right to due process and i've been waiting for this moment for three years so i wanted to thank mayor lee for his noble steps towards a partial implementation of the policy and i wanted to urge the mayor and the board to seek a full implementation of the policy. i know that even with a partial implementation, a lot of you who are supporters will probably come back to your offices to a barrage of hate email, especially if it gets on fox news, but i want to reassure you that you're in really good company. there's a huge community out there who's backing there, who's concerned about this and i want to reassure you that i respect all of you who are moving forward with this policy guided by conscience, not by opinion polls and i'm sure you're in good company with caesar chavez and mlk who probably didn't re
