at the same time, this is a phenomenal system. this delivers people on time to where they need to go. but this needs a lot of work and i am committed to making the system successful for everyone. the system is overdue for an overhaul. this is a wonderful system that we have inherited, and i will make certain that we address these shortfalls to achieve a level of service to give us the system that we deserve. i know this will not come in a particular way. this is no silver bullet. this is not a particular a efficiency or parking a share. this is a little bit of everything.
