if it were to fall and an earthquake, it would fall into lombard street or fall on to the parking garage. it is not close enough to fall. i don't think that it would be a concern. so i would have to be in support of this based on those points. commissioner sugaya: first, to the audience. the city views are not protected in terms of issues that come before this commission. i don't know if people know that, but we have had lots of cases, not necessarily so phone antennas, but height increases and other things were people have complained that the view is going to be blocked. it is not a consideration for this commission.
