a young boy rescued from the waters off sandy point state park died this morning. crews were called to the park around-the-clock for a child missing in the water. by the time they arrived, the child was pulled out. he could not be revived. maryland state police are investigating a deadly motor scooter accident. the 46-year-old crashed while traveling westbound on route 75. that accident happened just after midnight. parts of a baltimore rowhome collapsed. no one was hurt and it is unclear if anyone was living in the building. fire officials are still trying to piece together what caused a fire in spero point. it began early sunday morning. most of the damage to the single-family home was confined to the rear of the building. >> we are watching the skies this evening to see what happens. it would be nice to get through the evening without any rain. there are a lot of crowds down by the inner harbor. there is some rain out there in western maryland. i have also circled baltimore. this area out in the west virginia is moving to the east and southeast. that track would

sandy is here with the forecast with the weekend. >> we have temperatures moderating today. 90's inland and in places like livermore came down 3 degrees in livermore. 93 today. 96 yesterday but places like san francisco a good 10 degrees drop. here's what contributed to it. high definition mount tamalpiais camera showing you what came back. this afternoon the marine layer established itself from this morning and then continued to hang around as you look down toward sausalito, richardson bay, san francisco high from 75 to 65 places like san jose, 91 yesterday only 83 degrees today. you know the breeds was back and the combination of the marine layer. so temperatures right now in the 50's along the coast line pretty much socked in. we have 60's and even some warm readings while inland in the 70's. coastal fog locally inland. further cooling is expected tomorrow and really just minor up and down this coming weekend. really pleasant weather for the weekend. here's satellite radar this is area of low pressure that has contributed to the cooling effect for today and will continue

sandy here now with more. >> that's right. all in the timing. some fog tonight but it cleared out from the san francisco coast line allowing for the spectacular displays. this afternoon you probably notice the fog was back near the coast and combination of the fog with stronger sea breeze. on shore flow coming off the cooler ocean waters knocked down the temperatures especially along the coast. san francisco was running 14 degrees cooler coming in at 67 for high today down 7 half moon bay. 7 degrees. 61 degrees redwood city down 17 degrees. they felt that breeze coming in at 82. but inland areas only down a couple of degrees where we still have the heat. mid to upper 90's there. we see a turn around in the temperatures tomorrow. numbers rate now look like this in the 70's still in our inland east bay so pretty warm there 60's across most of the other bay side community along the coast in the 50's. temperatures rebound tomorrow. hot again inland. mild at the coast. cooling begins on wednesday again and you will see the downward trend right throug
