one of the victims, 16-year-old najan jackson.bers tell ktvu they think he was shot in retaliation for something that happened at partyertier this summer -- party earlier this summer. >>> 8:45. a short time ago, richmond police finally cleared the scene of a deadly double shooting. a young woman was killed and a man near a kaiser medical center. allie rasmus has more. >> reporter: this shooting aped -- happened 3:00 -- happened at 3:00 in the morning. a 25-year-old woman was shot and killed. a 24-year-old man is in critical condition at john muir medical center. the police are trying to still piece together the events. they say both victims were trying to enter the apartment complex, when someone opened fire on the vehicle. the man behind the wheel accelerated and crashed into this apartment complex dumpster that you are looking at, it's the caution tape -- you can see the caution tape there and the cinderblock walls have collapsed around it. the victims' car -- the vehicle the victims were in was towed. the woman was pronounceed
