i want to focus on the issues of the metro service. i was on several of those delayed trains s somehow had e- mail service and had a full report explaining it. it was quite nice. after my fellow passengers stopped yelling at me, they were appreciative. that is what prompted the call for this. these things happen, but it is not business as usual. right there on that day, he had figured it out and outlined how he was going to fix it. it was the same problem he has november. he needed to extend it to the whole fleet. i am not going to confess that i know poe's work better. i think when we have these significant meltdown or problems in service, but the community of that this isn't another day on muni. we're goint to do something -- going to do something about it. my own personal observation is that there seems to be l delay before the operator knows he is supposed to throw it to emanuel. and my experiences, the operators could not have been more professional explain to the passengers what was going on. again, i am glad to hear there is a p
