craig debro has been talking to demonstrators and joins us with the latest. >> reporter: many of you have may have heard that the occupy wall street crowd in new york city marched on the upper east side near some people's wealthy homes. right now everybody is camped out, i guess you could say, sleeping in front of the federal reserve bank here across from the hyatt regency. but pretty soon, about an hour from now they will be walking up the street to wells fargo headquarters. now, one of the people organizing this march today is part of a coalition of groups. they say they chose wells fargo because wells fargo took tarp money. when any repaid it, basically, repaid the federal government, they -- normal people didn't get any of the benefits. wells fargo took 25 billion in tarp funds. they were among one of the last banks to pay that back. this morning people from here are going to march to wells fargo to show their displeasure. they say they are part of the 99% you have heard so much about. 99% of the people in the country make 1% of the income. later at 7:00 they will do that march.

ktvu's craig debro joins us from the financial district to tills what is happening. ll starting right about there, right craig? >> reporter: it is. we are across the street from the hyatt regency. in front of me is the federal reserve. there are several protesters right now. people have been here for a while. you remember occupy san francisco got started about a month ago in solidarity with a wall street protest. this morning there is going to be a large march later this morning. that's how it's being promoted anyway. the parent lead action network is one of the groups that has organized this march. they are marching from here up to wells fargo at about new montgomery or montgomery and market street. i spoke with the person with the parent leader network. they said the reason for wells fargo is wells fargo took tarp money but then none of the money came back. in other words, he says, the banks are hoarding the cash and not benefitting the people who need it. >> i think that's precisely what's making everybody so angry and what's actually motivating them to take action

craig debro is in richmond, where he confirmed the arrest. kraig. >> reporter: thank you, dave. talked to the lieutenant with the police department from whom you'll hear live in just a second. she confirmed duran was arrested 45 minutes ago. this is the building where he was accused of shooting at least one other coworker. it happens crescent park apartment in richmond. look at the video. you can see pockmark in the wall where a bullet hole has gone through the wall there. this is 50-year-old duran long. he is in custody. the building has bullet holes through it and there's a tree next to the building that is placards next to it with bullet homes. go ahead morning, lieutenant french. thank you for joining us. how was he arrested. what were the tales of his arrest? >> el dorado sheriff's department knew we were looking for him. they knew to be on the lookout for his vehicle. they located the vehicle a short pursuit ensued, and he was taken into custody without incident. >> i see. and what was recovered at the scene? can you talk about any weapons recovered. >> no, we're still get

. >>> they are moving to the 6th officer involved shooting and in san jose, kraig debro just spoke to a witness, craig>> reporter: i just came back from behind this apartment complex where it happened at the parkside apartments and i spoke to a man who said he saw what happened. this is a series of car ports where this all happened and several residents called police around 11:45 for a report of a suspicious person and one of the officers is a reserved officer with the san jose police. the officer felt threatened and fired a weapon. the man was in his car and tried to drive away and he was not driving at the officer. >> we did look at our officer involved shootings and other other use of force incidents and we tried to see if there was anyway we can improve? >> police would not say whether or they recovered. police identified the man involved in yesterday's shooting. they have been placed on administrative leave. reporting live from san jose, kraig debro ktvu channel 2 news. >>> funeral services are pending for another member of the hells angels. steve tulleson was shot after attending the funeral of

kraig debro has been talking with investigators this morning, craig? >> reporter: good morning, we are at the apartment complex right now. from where we are we cannot see the complex but you see the building, the suspect worked for a company and police in richmond and in concord are looking for 50-year-old duran long. he is accused of shooting two co-workers at the crescent park apartment complex. they say long is armed and dangerous and they are confirming he is also wanted there for something that may have happened in concord. an argument happened here. >> he got into some altercation with his supervisor and he rereceived a rifle and shotgun and began shooting at his supervisor. he is in critical condition at this time. >> police say the supervisor and other security guards returned fire it is unknown if he was sit by the gunfire. he may be driving a white toyota truck. it was run by one former retch month police, -- richmond police, security guards were out here and bought them weapons or at least instructed them to buy weapons and that company was

police want to solve a fatal shooting and kraig debro is on the scene investigators are having a hard time investigating exactly what happened, good morning craigorter: police are asking for the public's help. there is a squad car sitting outside this apartment, taking the 880 ramp, i want to show you down the street, this is actually where the body was found, see that lamp, the driveway is where the body was found last night around 8:45, police have been out here had several calls that somebody was shot and that there was a body lying in the driveway and when they arrived they found a man in the driveway, paramedics were called, fire department was called here but they tried to revive the person but they were not able to do that. all they have on the person is that he is an adult male, no age, certainly not an i.d. and we need witnesses and we just saw a couple of people return to this address in front of the house, the apartment 45 minutes to an hour ago. we are not sure if they were witnesses or if thtried to speak to them about what happened and they declined to comment. when i called hayward police they said somebody would be able to talk
