it is the latest in a string of disturbing reports, all from spotsylvania county. darcy spencer live in the newsroom. >> news 4 spoke briefly to this latest victim of this attempted abduction today. she's 20 years old and says she's still very shaken up. police say a man in a car tried to lure her inside, in light of these incidents, halloween will mean an even bigger police presence. authorities in spotsylvania county are investigating a third attempted abduction within a little more than two weeks. the latest incident happened on saturday, just before 3:30 in the afternoon. the victim, a 20-year-old woman, was walking here on ennis brooke circle in the governor's green subdivision. she tells police a honda four-door car pulled up, someone opened the rear passenger door and told her, "let's go." that's when she ran away. neighbors there are on edge. >> we're talking to the neighbors and just making them aware if they haven't been aware to keep an eye out on everybody. >> reporter: officials don't believe the incident is connected to an attempted abduction of a 9-y
