if you are going to the bay plaza. of course i want to remind you. the station is essentially the city hall station which people take to get to downtown and we are advising to use 19th street station instead. don't even go through that if you are taking bart from there and you can't even exit from there. you will have to take one of the others instead. i want to add to you, they are moving along after service was sustained -- suspended. we will use shuttle services and again trains are running on schedule this morning. at 5:40 let's go to steve. >>> we do have clouds and a system moving through. that is going to pick up the wind later on and penn grove at 46, sonoma and l-boro i might add, present hill, palo alto saw 4 readings of 49 degrees and loss go the toss, -- loss gates to, napa was 46, now those starting off at 44, i think it will be a little sunny but it does look warmer tomorrow. rps is on the way but we have to get rid of it. maybe late this afternoon but more tonight. high clouds and low clouds and temperatures didn't are on the cool side.

on july 27, 1999, the port commission adopts a resolution naming the plaza immediately west of the ferry building as harry bridges plaza. the commission's resolution also called for a monument recognizing harry bridges and to direct a project sponsored to return to this project for approval of the monument design. since then, the committee has selected an artist and developed a design for the monument, as you can see here. harry bridges is widely considered one of america's great labor leaders because of his commitment to labor issues, being at the forefront for racial equality, civil liberties, and world peace, and he played a prominent role in the san francisco general strike, which brought labor issue to the forefront across the country. he also served on this commission from 1970 to 1982. the sculpture will be a bronze, a 12 foot tall likeness of harry bridges. i believe this is a 50% scale model, but we are looking at 81% sculpture -- a 200% sculpture in real life. the sculpture would stand on top of a square 4 foot tall granite base with embedded text informing visitors of his acco
