pat collins is live in rockville with the developments today. pat? >> reporter: jimheels of justice are starting to turn for murder suspect, curtis lopez. curtis lopez, said to be public enemy number one in montgomery county. brought back to the county today where he'll soon face charges in a high-profile case of double murder. now, they tried to talk to him before. they are trying to talk to him again. >> they are going to try to interview him here? >> that's correct. >> reporter: he wasn't cooperating in north carolina. do you think he may cooperate here? >> i don't know. he'll have an opportunity to speak, if he wants to. >> reporter: he's been held in charlotte, north carolina for weeks after police made a long distance arrest in the case. lopez, charged in the murder of his 51-year-old wife, jane mcquain. her body found in the bedroom of her germantown condo october 12th. police believe she had been dead for some time lopez, soon to be charged in the death of his stepson, william mcquain. the body of the 12-year-old boy found in a wooded area in clarksburg on oc

jim, back to you. >> all right. made it look easy. pat collinsthank you, pat. >>> travel everies who pass through the airport will see big changes over the next two years. they are beginning a $100 million concourse renovation project. additional larger security check points. moving sidewalks added as well as food and retail space. this is expected to be completed in the summer of 2013. airtran will move to the southwest airline terminal on wednesday to accommodate the recent merger. delta airlines will take their former space. >>> here in the district, students will have access to a $20 million retail and residential project. students and others long complained there's not a lot over there near the historic campus. tom sherwood reports. >> reporter: catholic university was founded in 1887. the northeast washington campus of 7,000 students remains a quiet complex of university life in the brooklyn neighborhood. few retail amenities are nearby. >> there's not much else around. you know, the students go down to 12th street, there's a couple places

pat collins joins us live from hyattsville where he spoke to one of the victims. pat? >> reporter: jim, neighbors say he's the son of a minister. police describe him as a serial carjacker, kidnapper and robber. he targets older men but he, himself, just turned 50. police say this is atm video of the suspect henry lee sanders at work. he's the man in the redskins jacket. in this video, he's trying to force a victim to take money out of a bank machine on new hampshire avenue. he's linked to a number of violent crimes in montgomery and pins georges county. does that look like the guy? >> yes. yes. >> reporter: is that the man that carjacked you? >> i believe so. >> reporter: and beat you up? >> i thought i got a couple blows in on him. >> reporter: his eye still black from the beating. the cut on his face starting to heal. this is dr. banks. police say he's yet another victim of henry sanders an alleged serial carjacker who preys on men over 60. in the last week, sanders has been linked to three carjackings at the westfield wheaton shopping town. all seniors, all carjacked, all robs. dr.
