first we're going to check outside with lowell lowell who is in for john collins. good morning. >> good morning to you. i think fokse folks that like dry and sunny weather will be pleased. the only bad news is, it is going to be cool. we'll have temperatures in the 40's next week, maybe reaching 50 by wednesday or thursday. h.d. doppler showing a rain system that brought us wet weather earlier in the week. a couple lake-effect snows around baltimore, upstate new york, and north central pennsylvania. as far as temperatures currently right now, a big difference at the airport. at inner harbor, 10 degrees cooler. i wanned to remind folks, you can see a partial lunar eclips when the earth goes in between the sun and the moon so there is a shadow cast on the moon, so the moon will actually be a blood red color or orange for a while. the best chance to see it on the east coast will be around 7:14 this morning. folks on the west coast will actually get a better view of this. your forecast in a couple minutes. >> police have identified the man that shot and killed officer
