this is scott olson, the former marine being carried away right there.g carried away by fellow protesters he suffered a serious head injury after an officer hit him with a tear-gas canister. this was october 25th almost two months ago. on november 3rd, check out this guy. he is also a military veteran he appears to be defying the police officers. and this looks like a scene out of the movies. police were given an order to use tear gas and beanbag bullets to control this crowd. a small group of protesters set fires and try to occupy an empty building in oakland. and remember this, our own jeff bush was barely able to talk as he tried to do a live shot. he had to get out of the way because the teargas was getting to him. at least one prominent protesters is not by the fact that this will actually be an independent police investigation. comment on >> this is ridiculous, like i fit reform that it to ascertain the community to be involved in this bill and any sort of way, but you come out here when we are still here. >> they are not going to do a thing. >>pam
