i have one card, bill carlin. >> commissioners, good morning. mr. president, vice president, congratulations on your election. i have come today to tell you some of the things that have been going on in a mclaren park over the past two weeks. two weeks ago to become one of the employees was served with a ticket which involved a $1,000 fine. the employee exploded and turned up at mclaren park at 10:00 in the morning in a fury and in pajamas. there was a lot of yelling, shouting, name-calling, and accusations. there were threats, including threats to life. the police were called. this employee does not want to accept responsibility for her own actions and accused of the people of causing the problem of talking. the crime was not that the law was broken. the crime was that the crime was found out. there is a perception in the area and among park users that this employee is close to the area manager. this would explain the cover-up which followed immediately. the local supervisor began a process of rooting out anybody who was accused of talking. if you
