i'm here with the owner, irene smith. you have helped rejuvenate this restaurant that's been open for 130 years. it's back, open, and what do you have to offer? >> we traditional home cooking. again, a macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, the broccoli and cheese casserole. the exchange is really famous for the chicken salad and tomato aspic. we have a chicken potato, vegetable pot pie. tina's meatloaf pie, which is not a potato. it's a traditional pie. we call this the con signor sampler, deled eggs with homemade pickles. this is my daughter violet's asparagus and goat cheese with balsam as vinaigrette. of course, we give you a fresh, hot biscuit when you come in. >> we're running out of time, but when we come back, we're going to talk about all the other events you have going on here, because it's so much more than a dining experience, as we talked about, celebrating the powerful women in the community. the forecast, we are showing some flurries out toward the west as very cold air pours in into the northeast. we
