[applause] the other thing i would like to speak briefly on is the fact that we celebrate black history month annually. black history month was started under the auspices of the association for the study of african american life and history. it was designed as a time when we highlight the contributions and roll african americans have played in society in general, and the world at large. recently, there was a movie that was screened that i have the privilege
