the great west-northwesterly winds keeping us nice and sunny, nice and dry with all of that brilliantand some wonderful sunshine. the clouds are to the north of us and we have clouds to the south of us and we remain clear. they will move on across and as we look to the west, this is that storm system coming through missouri right now and that is into illinois. not a lot going on with this storm but it looks like there is a general concensus and not only from our in-house model, but most of the other ones that we look at and this is going to hole together and we'll have some snow and some rain, too and we're chasing that transitional line and right now, that is changing to snow and that is the way it's going to look here tomorrow and tomorrow evening and this is future cast. starting off tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. and it's important to know that tomorrow morning's mule commute will be fine and we may start off with some sunshine and not much, but a little bit into the east and southeast in the metro and generally speaking, clouds will thicken up and become quickly cloudy or quite qu

it is our weekend weather maker set to arrive late tomorrow evening, high pressure keeping us nice and dry for now. but we will watch as this tracks in toward tomorrow evening. in fact speaking this storm it done a number in places like colorado. we have video from there to show you. it is interesting this storm had such an impact out in the western rocky. they got 18 inches in spots around denver from this storm. that unusual february in denver, normally they get four to sick inches for the month of february. so they're getting triple the normal for the month from just this one storm. you can see why we have watching this cloughly as closely as it goes acould say from country. this is aa very different storm. we expect approximate just rain. look at this as it dives south, we will likely begin to get clipped by this. you can see this is 8:00 tomorrow evening. the chan for some rain showers and then snow showers overnight. this is 57:00 a.m. the whole system is pushing south and y and clearing. at one point we thought it might linger to midday, it now appears it will move out fairly qu

right now they're still nice and calm for the greater bay area but starting to pick up in the north bay. sustained wind speed at 6 miles per hour. 5 miles per hour nav tato. for usalking about the warmest day we've had in months. warmest of the year so far -- 78, almost 80 degrees in morgan hilda. 75 in evergreen. 72 in danville. 73 degrees in walnut creek staying nice and mild right at the coast. 66 degrees at half moon bay. you could hit the beach today. you could wear a tank top in the middle of winter. 76 degrees by tomorrow. staying just about as warm. we'll get plenty of sunshine but start to drop off on friday. take a look at the drop-off between thursday and saturday, almost a 15-degree difference. you will notice the clang so enjoy the sunshine while it lasts and the warmth because things cool down as of this weekend. we get a few showers late sunday, into monday. that will mostly be up in the north bay but i think everywhere will get a little bit of a sprinkle as we wake up monday morning. >> we'll zip right back to the city. heading into or through the city -- just off the central freeway we still have issues for power and for signals along the area.
