bill, zachary. let me push you back on that a little bit. yes, the market will price this at whatever people are willing to pay for it. as an investor getting into this for something other than a flip or trade you do want to have the sense that the growth in the valuation that a company has currently can be justified over many years. google went public in '85. now trades close to 600. it had that kind of growth rate. i know we're using that because it's the best one. but aren't you setting up people for significant equity disappointment if you come out over strong as facebook might? >> one point that you're making i would agree with, you know, there's been a trend out the silicon valley that started with the google founders and mark zuckerberg had the same opinion which means we're going to late and go public as late as we can, almost an aversion of going public. one net result of that is you have this which comes up which is, you know, traditionally the leading teompanies come out -- microsoft came wut like a $500 million valuation, right?
