two people were shot and killed inside a sunnyvale home. olice station in sunnyvale with more. >> reporter: good morning. police are not releasing a lot of information this morning. all they are giving us is this one-page press release which is a very short paragraph of information. it does include the new information that they have been interviewing one person who did live in the house at the station throughout the evening. here's the scene last night from the quiet sunnyvale neighborhood on nectarine avenue. police got the call just before 8 p.m. that two people were found shot dead inside of this home. police haven't said whether or not this may have been a murder- suicide or if the third person who lived in the house may have done the killing or knew anything about it. according to public records, a husband and wife in their 50s lived here and we have also heard that they had a teenaged son that may or may not be the third person that police are talking to this morning. they have not dealt with a lot of high-profile murder investigations

say they thought was a home daycare. oblem is police say the people who live here didn't have a license to run a daycare. at 12:42 p.m. police got a call about an unresponsive infant at this house on sapphire ridge place. the caller told police a 3- month-old infant girl was unconscious. investigators found the infant in a crib and took her to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. we spoke with one neighbor who wanted to remain anonymous. >> i was devastated basis have two young children -- because i have two young children and you trust somebody is going to look after them and to find out something's happened is very sad. >> reporter: at this point police say there are no signs of foul play. there were several children inside during the incident, but none of them were hurt. they also say the person running what appeared to be a home daycare did not have a license. >> i don't know enough about the family. i just know that there are a lot of children that go in and out of the house being dropped off and picked up. at

this home was right directly in the path, the homes that lie down that way, as well. there is a number, they don't look like anything's there and that's because the homes aren't there any more. they were literally wiped off their foundations. the thing about tornadoes that is always so strange, of course, you can have a home wiped off the foundation and literally right next door is a home where there is almost no damage at all. this home lost a little siding and a broken window, beyond that, it's not really bad. that's what i always find very challenging in covering tornadoes. so much loss and then some people who are able to get out of the area with just their lives. today, of course, a number of people who are injured. 100 injuries or so reported. many of them came right from this area and no surprise because look at the damage here. people had to hold themselves out of the rubble, in many cases, or wait for rescuers to come in. we'll have a chance to talk to some of those victims, as well. want to introduce you to family members. can i bring you over here for one second. the

five people found dead in a san francisco home. tonight, kron4 is on the scene with new information on a cold-blooded killings and the man behind bars. >> he killed five people. the >>vicki: a man is under arrest for the murder of five people. people say he killed the victims in this san francisco home. da lin is live at the scene of the crime. >>da: this is another look at the suspect's mother shot. he is now facing five counts of murder. the crime scene near san francisco city college remains blocked off. neighbors dropped off flowers and burned incense to honor the five people killed inside. police of not releasing their names. the victims were three women in the two-man. a relative discovered the bodies friday morning. police say she walked into the home and found a body in the entryway. she found two more bodies in the garage before running out and calling for help. police also found two bodies in the back of the house. >> there was blunt trauma to the victims. we do not know the circumstances of the weapon involved. >>da: poli

home can be put up. lindaa so with more. >> reporter: we've learned city council members want to put a moratorium on seizing any homes related to water billing issues until the water department can fix its problems. a lot of angry people showed up for a hearing last night at city hall. deborah williams said she got a $2,000 water bill for her family of three. and then there's frances webb who got a bill for $20,000 on a vacant lot she owns next to her home. the city has the right to seize your home and put it up for sale if you don't pay a bill. that is what happened to rhonda windish for a $530 bill she may not even owe. city officials now admit to massive problems. some bills were billed systemly by estimating -- simply by estimating from previous bills. there are 2,300 homes in danger of being put up for sale. >> it's an opportunity for us to make changes to our system so that we know we are willing people in an accurate and fair manner. and this should not be us against them. this is the right thing to do. >> mayor stephanie rawlings-blake does not support that moratorium for fear the city's bond rating
